The requirements stated below should be read and construed as
forming an agreement between Fast-Trak London and the student.
- Fast-trak London requires notification of 20 working days
(not including weekends) before your course date for any
cancellation or changing of dates.
- All fees must be paid in full to Fast-Trak London, in advance
of each course.
- The student must present all required documentation on the
first day of training to the trainer.
- Fast-Trak London has a legal obligation not to allow you
to ride in an unfit state
through alcohol or drugs and reserves the right to terminate
the training of anyone so affected.
- Fast-Trak London reserves the right to
down size the motorcycle in keeping with public or the students
own safety if deemed
necessary.
- Fast-Trak London reserves the right to
terminate the training of anyone endangering public health
and safety,
including
their own. In either case no refund of fees paid
will be made.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances e.g. Mechanical
breakdown, Instructor illness, Poor weather conditions
etc. Fast-Trak London
reserves the right to rearrange or rebook any course
at the earliest convenient time for Fast-Trak London
and the
Student.
- Fast-Trak London will not be held responsible if you
arrive for test with an invalid, incorrect, missing
or no documentation.
Arriving at the test centre on test day without the
correct/valid documents will result in your test being terminated
with
the loss of all fees paid.
- Fast-Trak London are not held responsible
for any cost incurred due to test cancellation by the Driving
Standards
Agency Test
Centre. Compensation may be claimed from the DSA.
- Fast-Trak London are not held responsible for any
cancellation by the D.S.A for the hire of the Module
One test site for
training(bad weather, maintenance, or any Test
Programs) during the course.
- Students will be liable for any damage to motorcycle,
up to a maximum of the
Insurance Excess
(£500.00 for 650cc bike or £350.00
for a 125cc bike).
